Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If we made a mistake, we will fix it promptly, if you are not satisfied, we will make it right.

If your order arrives in a visibly damaged box

    1. Refuse delivery.
    2.The shipment will come back to us and we will send you a replacement order at no charge to you.

If you need to return the product for any other reason: you need to obtain an RMA

To obtain the RMA number, mail or email to us the following information:
   1. Order number
   2. Customer Name
   3. Shipping Address
   4. Brief description of the problem

Mail or email us the information within 10 days of your receipt of the order.

When you receive your RMA number:
   1.Return the product to us using the original shipping box. The product must be unused.
   2. Upon receipt of your return, we will exchange or replace the product.
