LDF gladly accepts Purchase Orders from schools, school districts, public libraries or any educational or public entities.

To place an order from the web site using a Purchase Order,select your items and during the checkout process, under Payment Method, select Purchase Order. You will be asked to enter your school or company name and a purchase order number.

Your order will not be valid until LDF acknowledges receipt of your Purchase Order.

Please note, that all Purchase Orders are subject to the following payment terms: 100% upon receipt of goods at your location.

If your school or school board is not listed, please contact us and we will forward the required paperwork and documents.
Please note that most school boards do not require a Vendor Number for purchases made using a credit card. We accept payment by: Visa & Master Card.

LDF has developed this program specifically to help Schools and libraries organize Book Fairs without the financial burden or risk associated with those events.
Order and display as many books as you wish at your book fair and LDF will buy-back from you items that have not sold. No restocking charge, No fees of any kind.
In order to qualify for the buy-back option, books have to be eligible, in brand new condition upon their return to LDF and must be shipped back to LDF freight prepaid.
Buy-Back Option Eligibility: alll books on our web site are eligible. At the time of order, LDF will determine eligibility for custom ordered books.

Your school or library has a wish list of titles it would like to see added to its current selection? LDF will post your wish list (with prices & delivery time) on its site allowing parents/members from your school/library to view it. They will then be able to purchase those books through LDF as a donation to you. You can select any book you wish whether LDF carries it in stock or not.
It's a great way to involve parents/members while making sure that you only receive titles you have previously selected.
Books bought under this program can either be shipped to the person who ordered them or directly to you. In that case, LDF will include a card mentioning the name and address of the donor.
Please note that orders placed under this program are considered Custom Orders

We can assist you in setting up and managing your reading club, French summer club or book club. Forward us your requirements, we will propose material to you and handle the logistics of your specific club.
