Serge Delmas is in 7th grade and leads a very tranquil life in the South of France. He likes fishing and biking. After the Easter break, a new student, Marine, comes to school. She lives in the big mansion in town with her Dad who's an artist. They become close friends. There is also all this talk about the construction of a power plant in the village. People are quite divided about this project. Marine is also very involved. Will Serge side with Marine or not?

Theme explored in this book: Friendship between teens, conflicts.

LDF Notes: A great collection which deals with every day life situations.

Title recommended by the French Ministry of Education .
